Babies, Bodies, and other strange happenings!

So I am being brave for the third baby. I will try to do a belly update, but at some point(probably now) you will all develop a ralphing sensation and won't check my blog anymore.



Here is a picture of my belly at 8 weeks pregnant. Joshua would not believe me that my stomach was sticking out already, so I made him take some pictures with our new camera. Obviously, it didn't break it. It is such a strange feeling to not be able to hold your abs in, well, at least try to and nothing happens. Oh well, these things will happen and yes hopefully it will go back. I find that when I am pregant I have more thoughts of not being able to get back into shape. Maybe because I know the hard work and diligence it takes to get back.

So I am done nursing Landice as of Monday. 11 months! I am glad I made it this far. My doctor kind of scared me into cold turkery weaning her this week. He said that the pregnancy hormones are not good for her. So I asked if she would just start acting crazy or something. He laughed and said no but her breasts could start budding. Weird...we don't need any budding breasts (unless it is on me!)

Joshua went with me and the kids to see our "baby peanut" as Corban calls the baby. It is so cool to see it this early in development. This week our babies head and legs are forming. While we were there, I had to go through the typical routine of weight check, blood pressure, blood donation, and of course urine sample. Well, Corban insisted on coming in the restroom with me. So I let him not thinking about what kind of damage this could do to the poor kid. I start getting my cup ready and he grabs one too and tries to help me by holding a cup by my bottom saying "my help you mommy!" I gently tell him I can handle this on my own, but thanks and he proceeds to ram me while I am in mid stream! As if peeing in a cup isn't a challenge! I get everything cleaned up and the lid secured and he reaches for it saying "my drink it." NOOOOOO!!!! He looks at me so confused, like well then why are you peeing in a cup if I can't drink from it! Hopefully, this will not be a lasting memory that scars him for life!
