Bellini's...I have to say...yum!

Well, Joshua and I celebrated our V-Day yesterday since we had my great grandmother's funeral on Thursday. This much anticipated and dearly needed date was great! I can't remember the last time we could go on a date, come home watch some t.v., fall asleep next to a fire eating gummy bears, and wake up when we ready to a eerie quiet home! We had conversation, not just a fly by word spattering! That has been months! Corban stayed the night with his Nana and Papaw while Landice stayed the night with her Gigi and Tito. We didn't have to pick them up til almost noon!!!
Joshua took me to Bellini's...oh so good! We went all out...I even had a peach bellini...the waiter smiled at me really goofy when I asked if he could make me a virgin! I don't know why?! I guess most people drink the real stuff. Their house salad with garlic vinnegrette and the Salmon did me in! I think I could handle a few more nights like that, but somehow I don't think I will get used to not having my built in wake up calls from Corban yelling from his crib, "Mommy! Daddy! I'm awake!"
