Joshua's aunt Bobbi and cousin Gregory came to Oklahoma for a visit. It was so nice to get to spend some time with them. Bobbi is working on becoming a nutritionist/herbalist. She is full of knowledge in both departments. She introduced us to a Red Tea in which is mostly drank in Africa. It had a mango flavor to it and was naturally sweet, containing no caffeine. Pretty good stuff considering I am a water girl! Gregory shared with us stories of summer. We look forward to them coming back for Christmas!

Ok, where can you get the red tea? Only in Africa? I get tired of drinking water, but am trying to not drink calories or diet cokes anymore!!!
Red Tea is also called Rooibos tea. Look around and you'll be surprised to find it in a lot of places, even some Targets (I think). The health food stores will carry it for sure. I like TAZO Tea for iced red tea. It has hibiscus and is very refreshing. Seems like Celestial Seasonings has some too. Or order from www.vitacost.com for discounted health products. Plain red tea (without fruity or acidic additions) is a good hot tea with milk.
