Trip to the Zoo with Grammy and Pa

Well, Corban has now been to the zoo a total of 2 times. The first time I don't think he remembers very much of, but we went with Gigi and his second cousin, Nathan. This time we meet Grammy and Pa along with Wesley and Desmond. My parents are foster parents for them. Corban loves getting to spend time with them. After waiting 45 minutes for them to arrive we finally entered the zoo. We stopped off to apply bug repellent and sunscreen. Which brought up the question...which one goes on first? We decided to apply the sunscreen, then the bug repellent. It seemed to work out just fine. The first stop off was the Gallopagus Tortoises. Corban thought they were so cool that he kept asking about them. We then went to the Snake Shack and I waited out by the strollers while Mom and Dad took the boys in. By the way, Landice was with her Gigi. Then we went on to bigger and smellier animals. We saw the elephants, rhinos, hippos, birds, lions, and bears. The newly decked portion of the zoo is very nice. I love the zoo because you get to look at cool things and people are getting a workout in without working at it. Dad surely got a good workout because Corban keep saying "hold you" meaning hold me. So my Dad would put him on his shoulders. Anyway, I have definitely decided that wolves have some of the stinkiest poop ever! Well, due to Landice needing to be fed and Corban needing a nap we had to leave the zoo without seeing the giraffes, zebras, and monkeys. We will have to hit them up first on our next visit. I don't think I was back on 44 before Corban conked out! Life is rough on those little guys!

Uhhh WOW! What fun! I wish my mom had the money, let alone the "UMPH!" to do those kind of things! Love you, and your page looks GREAT! :D
