I don't use an exact recipe. This recipe I used 3 chicken breasts. I use about 1/4 cup of honey & soy sauce mixed together in one bag. I chop up about 1/2 cup of pecans and 1 cup of chex to put in the other bag. Place chicken in sauce mixture, then in chex/nut mixture. Place on a cookie sheet covered in tinfoil. Use non stick spray and preheat oven to 425 degree. Cook for 15 minutes on each side. Add a yummy salad and you have well balanced, healthy meal. Hope you enjoy!
