I love challenges!

Okay everyone...I am not quite ready to launch the 20 minute challenge again, but I do feel like challenging you all! Sometime this week I would like for you to do this:

1. See how far you can walk/run in 12 min.
2. See how many pushups you can do (ladies you may do it modified on your knees)
3. See how many situps you can do in 60 secs. (if you can't do situps then do crunches)
4. See how many squats you can do in 60 secs.
