I married this handsome fella. Little did I know that we would grow to love each other more than we can imagine. I know that during this growth that we have made plans and they have failed, but we have finally (mostly) accepted that we are okay with that because God knows what he is doing. We have been selfish and still have to learn to be unselfish at times. We have learned sacrifice through loss of jobs, having our 3 children, and taking care of family by watching others who have helped shape us into the people we are. God knew our potential and our hearts. I am so thankful for this, because I couldn't have picked a more faithful, dedicated, hardworking, loving, supportive husband for myself.

I am also thankful for the friends and family that God has placed in our lives through the years. Some for only a little while and some for the long haul! Thank you for your encouragement to be faithful and strong in the Lord. Thank your for your examples for us to follow. Thank you for your friendships that make life enjoyable. You make us a better couple and better individual's. You help us raise our children in the Lord and we cannot express our gratitude. My heart is so full right now! God is good!
