Asiago Almond Chicken

Or you could just call it, "THE BEST CHICKEN EVER!" Seriously, folks, I'm not kidding!

Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2 - Grab 6-8 Chicken breasts to defrost.

Step 3 - place 4 pieces of whole wheat bread, a handful of fresh parsley, 2 garlic cloves, and 1/2 cup of almonds, 1/2 cup asiago shredded cheese, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of oregano & some fresh cracked black pepper in your food processor.

Step 4 - Blend until mixed to a crumbly consistency.
Step 5 - Cut each breast in half

Step 6 - Cut each breast in half down the middle. This allows for quicker baking time, more chicken to go around, and a beautiful display on your plates!

Step 7 - Put crumb mixture into a medium sized bowl.
Step 8 - Pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into a small bowl for dipping the chicken in.
Step 9 - Transfer chicken that has been dipped in olive oil into the crumbly mixture. Cover completely.
Step 10 - Place chicken in a baking dish. Cook for 20-30 minutes.

Step 11 - Share this blog post with 10 of your friends and see if you can keep yourself from eating too much of this! Your taste buds and your booty will love you!

This is a great dish to serve to your family because it is quick, easy, and healthy. But, it is also a great dish to entertain your guests with! I have also made this recipe with parmesan cheese as well. Both are very delicious! Enjoy!
